He had Macadamia Nuts for the first time Friday night. My first instinct was reflux and his food intolerance symptoms have always been reflux. My son chugged a ton of water and then started screaming and vomitted. He fell back asleep and then did it again. He says hurt and points to his neck and very upper chest. It is never his stomach. He is not running a fever and other than some screaming jags and telling me hurt he is acting perfectly normal.</p> <p>Could there be another explanation than sick and should I cancel our plans today? We were so excited for today. </p>
