I don't have any sisters or family that I am that close to, though. But I'd do it out of the goodness of my heart for someone I loved that much (provided they covered my medical bills) and I'd have a hard time accepting payment. It really depends how this pregnancy goes, because so far it isn't a walk in the park. In theory I would, after I was done having my own kids, and only for someone I really loved.
