The only exception would be if I was a working at home momma, and needed someone to occupy Cameron while I worked and the hubs was already at work. Obviously I would want her to be old enough to have a good amount of experience... but by her late twenties a nanny can have a lot of experience so I consider that young, and if she was hot that's fine too.
