It's a great free outting, and LO just loves going. We've been successful with keeping books out if his mouth for the most part and if anything looks too gross we just wipe off. We don't have the staff to wipe each one down each time they go out (100s of times each year) but I wipe the ones I take home for my little girl. </p> <p>We don't worry about chew marks, so please don't let the thought your baby will "ruin" the books worry you. Even if we had to charge someone for something, it would only be about $6-9 to replace it. We would be more inclined to do that for a BRAND NEW book that was ruined entirely.
