Now he is older and will take a sippy, so I would prefer he be given milk other ways. I was still nursing DS and I remember thinking if they asked me, I totally would. Of course they didn't and I wouldn't have offered but it was a thought that crossed my mind. It was probably hormones, too, I felt so bad for her!<br /> I wouldn't let someone else BF my LO for the reasons @zippylef mentioned. I was always super-careful of what I was eating and drinking, we're vegetarians, I didn't take anything more than a Tylenol when breastfeeding. If pumping ends up being easy for me, I would pump and give the milk to a loved ones LO after I finished BFing my own, in theory. I guess I would for a sister or my best friend but I would probably pump rather than breastfeed.
