Those look more like puncture or cut wounds than run of the mill scratches. Could your LO or someone else have gotten a hold of scissors? Maybe one of the toys broke and has a sharp edge? I then checked him all over and he had another small cut/scratch under his arm (see photos)... he had a small scratch on his face a few days prior but I hadn't thought anything of it... but these two concerned me.</p> <p>Our daycare provider clearly hadn't noticed bc she didn't mention them to me at pick up.</p> <p>What would you do? Would you send a text or call or email immediately? Would you wait and ask the next day?
