I do not like the countertops in our kitchen, didn't when we moved in (laminate that goes all the way up the backsplash, yeech) but the kitchen layout, cabinets, and size were PERFECT, and we just figure we will replace them one day with either nicer laminate or solid surface. Counter tops can be replaced, pretty easily too.</p> <p>If your buyers think the price is too steep because of the counter tops, they'll probably negotiate. </p>
