Britax shipped a new one when I called within days!. Though, it occurred to me that most likely the warranty would be voided if we did so as Ebay is not an authorized seller of the product. I emailed the company, and they confirmed it. I am thinking that we would be better off buying the product off Amazon instead. It is a Orbit G2 Stroller Seat for what it's worth. </p>
