Totally sanitizable. I would wipe it down with a bleach-water solution and then rinse it off in the tub. Then put it in your front yard or driveway to bleach in the sun a bit for good measure. </p> <p>BUT if you have a dog of your own -- you might not want to do this. I'd spray some vinegar and water on it first to disinfect and then soap it down. I used to use the same play yard on my dog so I know which one you're talking about. I didn't move that when I moved east but then someone gave me one after I had my first.
