@Mrs. Champagne: that's rough. I run very hot when I'm pregnant so I think that was part of the problem. It was winter and I kept my coat on in line. I would start to take your coat off indoors! You don't want to get overheated. But def keep an eye on it. I called my dr too and they told me to let them know if it happened again.

@locavore_mama: that's how I felt! It doesn't help that I am in and out of clients stores/businesses so I keep my winter coat on because I'm usually only there for about 10 mins.

Midwife called back. She said it seems normal for this point, and my BP should start going back up soon. She said to make sure I keep them updated if I'm feeling unwell. She said the baby will be making less movements if they are being effected, so she asked if I was feeling movement which I have been today.

Thanks everyone :) Going to take it easy!

@Mrs. Champagne: hot flashes later in pregnancy is very common. The one time I was standing in line with DH getting some food for our niece and nephews. I got so hot I literally felt like I could faint any second. I had to go sit down and get something to drink. I felt much better afterwards.

But i never checked my BP so not sure how low mine was.

I agree with everyone- good so 1) they know and have it on record, and 2) because they have your full medical history- we may not have reason to worry if it's us but perhaps something in their history will require them to look into it further. Just in case!

Glad you're feeling better! It happened to me while I was at Disney- talk about annoying!

YES.

It's funny, because I usually not one to call if I have issues, so as I was opening this thread, my first thought was "probably not." But as soon as I read your issue, I changed my tune. BP (low or high ) is NOT something you want to mess with during third tri.

Yes! But, it is common to have dizzy spells in pregnancy. Like @Mae: said, they'll probably get you to just rest and not be alarmed unless it happens constantly.

Definitely!! I have low blood pressure and the dr isn't worried about it. However, they told me that if I ever felt faint or dizzy, I needed to call them ASAP!!

Today I got really hot and felt a bit faint while talking with a client. This has happened a few times due to low blood pressure. After I left my clients office I went to the drug store to check my BP. It was 76/52. Lowest that I've had it come back as so far... and I thought it would be going up by now (31 weeks!)

Should I call my MW? I'm feeling better now that I am at home.
