I couldnt do it at 34 weeks comfortwise, and if I had a preterm labor scare, I would want to be at home. I think I would be fine to fly now (with compression tights - very important) but I would be uncomfortable on such a long flight. If you really want to go, book the flight with insurance so you can be reimbursed if your doctor doesn't say it's okay to fly. With Air Canada, you can fly without a note up to 36 weeks. My LO ended up arriving at 37 weeks so when I was pg with my second, there is no way that I would have--too scared about going into extra-early labour! I took an hour flight for business this past week and am still here for a conference and I will say I am more exhausted than ever. We have a small family on that side so I'd be one of three cousins there for her. But I'll be 34 weeks pregnant. It'll be a 6ish hour flight. I'll talk to my doc at my next appointment, but I figured I'd bring it to the Hellobee ladies first.
