They don't use a vibrating needle and it's so subtle and natural looking. I did know one girl who had it done, but all of the hair in her face had fallen out (I forget the whole story, but I want to say she used to pull it out from stress and eventually it didn't grow back or something?) So it was that or draw them on every day and it was impossible to get the eyebrows even, so for her it made sense.
