Tummy tuck for sure! Hands down, no questions. You and I sound like we have the same stomach, Mrs.Bee! I have a tiny fund for my mommy makeover and I can't wait! But I'll probably need a nanny for the time I'm out afterward :-/

No tummy tuck but I'm all over a boob job. My Husband has always joked about me getting one, then a couple nights ago he informed me of his "boob fund". LOL

I would consider a tummy tuck if after eating well and working my butt off, I am really unhappy and ashamed of my body. I am not for plastic surgery in general, but if I can't bring myself to love my body again, I'd think about it..

I would do it! I've already forewarned my husband that once we are done having kids, I will consider a breast lift and tummy tuck. We will see how I really feel once the time comes, but I am all for it, if it will make the woman happy.

I would absolutely do it, if money were not an issue. I have a terrible kangaroo pouch that I canNOT get rid of, no matter how much excercise I do.

I wouldnt. I'm not a fan of plastic surgery either, plus what scares me even more is seeing pictures of celebrities with they lipo gone wrong. I think with all their money if they still end up with botched plastic surgery, then its just to risky for me

I don't think I would. I'm not really up on the plastic surgery bandwagon, I think you get what you get and you do your best with it. If my belly goes back like my Mom's did, I'll be happy. I never had a small belly so as long as I'm not stuck with a ton of loose skin, I'll be happy.

This is the one thing that I would consider. Lipo or a tummy tuck after we are done with having children. I hate surgery and I am not a fan of plastic surgery. But, I would definitely consider this, esp if money was not an issue.

My stomach is not pretty. I have plenty of stretchmarks... but I think it's part of life and don't think I would get Lipo. I'm not for plastic surgery (but I understand why some people do it) So maybe I'll change my mind after baby 2 but really... I dont think so.

I have a friend who's little sister never woke up after a nose job. She was a teenager.

So no, I'm way too scared. I realize it's not common, but I'm not going to put my life at risk for something that I don't HAVE to have. Plus, knowing me, I'd just get my tummy back anyway.

I wouldn't because I'm too scared. My friend, though, made her husband promise to pay for a boob job when they finished having kids. I'm just scared of everything (heck, I'm afraid of the dentist!).

My mom's stomach was pretty much trashed after having kids. Although she lost all the weight, the skin never unstretched. She has always been confident about it (to an extent, she's not wearing bikinis or anything) and appreciates that it's the reason she has her children. Her confidence rubbed off throughout my life and I will never have reconstructive surgery after children thanks to her example. I plan to own my body regardless of imperfections.

It seems like the results don't last so I think it is a waste of money and not a real fix. And doesn't the fat grow back somewhere else? @msmini: your friends lucked out!

I wouldn't just because I don't feel like lipo would achieve what I would want it to. It's too bad they can't just do a mini tummy tuck when they close you up after a c-section, I would consider okaying that after my last baby. ;)

I know people who have gotten a "Mommy job" (tummy tuck and breast lift) when they are done having kids. They were all so happy with the results, that I would totally consider it when we were sure we were done having kids.

My stomach has never been flat no matter how much I dieted, how much I exercised, or how many crunches I did. Now that I've had two kids, my stomach is so flabby and unattractive. Before kids I had perfected the art of sucking my stomach in, so it wasn't that bad. But now I want lipo.... if only I weren't so scared of it!

If money were no object, would you get lipo to achieve a flat tummy post baby?
