We have cable Internet &amp; have used the money we save on cable tv to buy whole series of shows on DVD. So far we've watched every episode of The West Wing (twice!), the original Law &amp; Order, and now we're watching House. We watch t.v. on our computers but not having a real t.v. has really cut down on how much we watch. I gave it to the janitor at my last job in Western NY. He was so ridiculously happy. He went around telling the whole floor of the hospital that I got him a "new" TV. It was an absolute behemoth, and was just taking up space gathering dust. We do not miss it one bit, we do use our computers when we need a fix but it's not often, and I rarely get sucked into any series anymore. We have a big monitor for videos/DVDs, but we don't watch many movies.
