If it smells fine, it's fine:) I did something like this on more than one occasion.

Not to mention all the times my daughter has found a milk cup in her room or somewhere from the day before that I missed and she drank whatever was left and still survived, with no issues whatsoever

Sure, if she's anything like mine and doesn't like the taste, she won't drink it. I've done longer and been fine.

I think it is fine. I had some milk go bad once and you could definitely tell. If it looks and smells fine I wouldn't worry.

I only pump 3 days a week since dd is only at daycare 3 days, and regularly send her in on Mondays with milk I pumped on Thursday without freezing it...I thought it was only an issue if it was more than 4 days, not 4 days itself

I just realized today I forgot to freeze the breastmilk I pumped on Thursday. The milk was in my work fridge all day then in a cooler bag with ice pack for maybe 15 minutes to get home. It's been sitting in a separate fridge draw kept at 33F that hasn't been opened since Thursday night. It's 13oz of breastmilk and I sniffed one bottle and there is no odor at all.
Tomorrow would make 4 days. Would you give it to your 6m old?

I have maybe 30oz in the freezer.

She just got over a stomach bug about a week or two ago and had diarrhea this morning. Unrelated to the bug.
