Too many people. And who knows what kind of germs they could be carrying during cold and flu season. Our ped feels really strongly about this topic. I brought Prettybaby to a baby shower when she was 6 days old. We only stayed for about 2 hours and she was sleeping in her carseat the entire time. Mostly just board games, munchies, tv, and hanging out.<br /> This year our LO will be less than 2 weeks old at NYE, but I'm still thinking about going, if we feel up to it. We would stay all night, probably only an hour or two at the most, and if anybody had a cold we would ask that they not hold her. It would be our first chance to introduce LO to our church family.</p> <p>If you felt like it, would you go to a party with a newborn? </p>
