I met all my mom friends at a "new moms group" when they were all babies, so they all have summer birthdays and all right around each other. We have a stretch of about 12 weeks from July-mid Sept where we have birthdays almost every single weekend and we all have to figure out when our kid's birthday will be that doesn't conflict with another person's party.</p> <p>So we just go by invite date--we don't run it by each other first.
