Everyone pitches in and with such a huge tight nit family and EVERYONE living in San Diego there is an average of 2 birthday parties a month throughout the year! I think my daughter is used to seeing so many people. C's b-day is April 3rd and we're doing one party here with our friends and then one May 25th at home in St Louis. But I also wouldn't want to do a huge party for a 1st birthday-- it seems overwhelming to the birthday girl and to me! We MUST start planning now!<br /> We are leaning towards going all out, cowgirl theme, renting a pony.. and so on.<br /> Her birthday is in the very beginning of April and we are planning on having the party at a local park.<br /> In San Diego the weather in April can be up and down so we are considering delaying it a month out. However I am not sure that I REALLY like the idea of waiting an extra month.<br /> would it be a big deal to you to delay the birthday party for a month - especially the FIRST bday party! </p>
