The parents will probably figure it's because you knew the kids from somewhere else or just knew the parents better (which is true.) If you're planning on sticking with the center through preschool until K it might be nice to invite everyone just to get to know them. I don't know what I'd do if it was like 20 kids. We don't know a lot of the parents and she is renting out a play space for the event. She's probably going to just invite the kids her son talks about. I've approached parents on my own time during after school hours to hand out the invites. I have never been to a party where the entire class was invited.
