I studied abroad in Denmark and I remember being SHOCKED at seeing the strollers left outside with sleeping babies in them. Not because of the cold but because the babies were unattended. But this was never an issue there. </p> <p>I have been tempted to wheel LO's stroller out to our balcony and leave it there, because he naps so well while outside. It was the same thing, kids were outside all the time. Strollers parked outside cafe's, babies on front porches or balconies of appartment buildings. She was told there is no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing.
