But yeah kids move the woodchips around all the time and I'm not bothered by it. There is a small playground owned by our HOA across the street from our home. The surface is dirt covered by wood chips. Every night I've gone there, wood chips are scratched away exposing dirt and piled up randomly. Tonight was the worst I've seen - there were no piles up chips, but there were big patches of dirt plus branches and rocks on the equipment!</p> <p>I think I know who is doing it, but I haven't caught them. Even if I did, what would I say?
