One is estrogen that is meant for menopausal women. I read through the sheet inside the package and it states in several locations that nursing moms should not use it because it gets into the milk supply and can affect the quantity and quality of breast milk. I'm not really comfortable using it even though my OB said it was safe. What would you do? </p>
