So I don't think it actually matters. The more expensive tree (a Fraser Fir) doesn't shed nearly as much, but is $30 more.</p> <p>I can't decide whether or not it was worth it to have a tree that doesn't shed. I've put Charlie in charge of sweeping up the fallen needles every day, and so I'm hoping that a judicious use of child labor can split the difference here.</p> <p>Would you pay $30 more for a tree that doesn't shed as much? </p>
