With my c-section, it took at least a month before I was pretty back to normal. While the first couple of days were pretty bad, it was manageable with pain meds and the remaining 3 weeks weren't nearly as painful as the 2 weeks post vbac recovery.</p> <p>I preferred my c-section recovery.</p> <p>Would you rather have a painful recovery and get it over with in a short time? Or a less painful recovery that takes longer? </p>
