It's lonely, and frustrating and by Friday I am so tired and ready for him to just take the baby for the weekend. I started back up with them about two weeks ago and it's going well! We're only doing one day a week for now (I used to do three days before).<br /> Personally, from my experience as a nanny, I wish I had the mony to invest in one. The relationships I have had with my nanny kids are incredible - different than a parent, but a special bond. Often it was my job to back up the parents, the kids would ask me something and it was an opportunity for me to instill respect for their parents in their kids. It's another adult-figure, but not a parent so the relationship was so different.
