I haven't had a little one yet but for or wedding we were living half way across the country from family and friends so trying to get wedding and shower gifts home was really hard. The more generic the place, the better. I'd be thrilled if I got a ton of Target gift cards at my shower. There's so much, as first time parents, that we just don't know that we need and there's so much that's not cute or fun that we need! </p>
