I believe if you can file a case directly through eBay since the item was not as described in the auction. She didn't mention any stains or anything. I got the item today and immediately noticed a huge stain in the inner lining of the coat. The bottom inch of the coat also looks dark and dirty - and there was a small stain on the sleeve :( </p> <p>I'm not sure if these stains would come out, and since the coat is dry clean only, it would cost at least $10 to find out. I am thinking of requesting a refund, but I feel kinda bad bc the seller would have to pay for return shipping as well, which would be almost $12... But I'm annoyed that it wasn't accurately described. Grr. </p>
