There are places on your body that should not be rubbed when you are pregnant like pressure points that can induce labor, but there are also areas on your legs that are more prone to clots during pregnancy. Having an untrained person rub those and release them into the rest of your body can be very dangerous. A person trained in prenatal massages knows not to rub certain areas on your legs because of that. I've had student massages before and they're normally pretty good. I can't decide if I want to risk a prenatal massage though. I'm assuming that they would assign me a student who's been taught prenatal techniques if I told them I was pregnant. </p>
