I don't know how old your lo is but another thing we have had to do in various circumstances is encourage our dd to speak up when she needs something like to use the bathroom. She never wants to interrupt/ask for things. I don't know, that may be beyond where he is age-wise but something to keep in mind. :) </p> <p>@shabang: Sounds like your director is also very involved so I don't know that I'd call that really escalating anyway tbh. We started center care a few months post-potty training (which we did in a few days really.) I explained that I wasn't upset and he didn't have diaper rash, but he seemed really uncomfortable and it's just not ideal. She said she would look into things to make sure it didn't happen again. I thought it was disconcerting because it was really really heavy with pee which must have been uncomfortable and that's 8 hours in the same pull up. We've never had an issue like this before. Would you say something or just let it go unless it happens again? </p>
