So I would probably try edibles if from a place that showed how much etc. Or vaporizer or whatever the things are that isn't going to harm lungs. We wouldn't have been able to get away with it...there was also no Greek system and we all pretty much lived in campus housing that was pretty well patrolled.</p> <p>I don't see the appeal, honestly, nor do I see the appeal in drinking or smoking, but that's more from a health perspective than anything else. That 'phase' only lasted a year or two but I've never had issue with pot, it's no more dangerous than cigarettes or alcohol. </p> <p>That being said, I haven't smoked in 10 years and wouldn't now. It's harder to regulate (ie drinks are easier to monitor because you know better how they'll affect you) and the high lasts too long now for me to feel comfortable (i can't make a 3 hour commitment to that shiz anymore). The thing with marijuana is it makes it okay to be bored...... y'know? Everyone I know who still uses weed now - in our thirties - is a loser. Crap jobs, less than perfect housing situations - they're generally just coasting. Still. And most of those people are suffering from the negative effects of long term use as well - the anxiety, the paranoia; they're not happy people.
