It's about an 8 hour drive. We broke the drive up into two days. We always try to time the drive so that it coincides with nap time if possible. But I have driven from Chicago to NY with my sister, BIL, and my 2 nephews (2, and 4). We'd love to take a car-centric vacation sometime this year; maybe we'll drive to upstate New York for something when Olive is a bit older?</p> <p>Would you ever take a long road trip with your LO for a vacation?
