My fear would be she wouldn't understand she has to stay in her seat and she would want to get closer to the ice. I think for us, we will wait until next year. It's going to be in our area in December and I'd love to take her but I just think 2.5 will be too young for our daughter. That being said, we've never taken her to any events like this before. I don't think we stayed for the whole thing but very close to it. I think I just put her in warm clothes and then she had a coat so we had that option too. It wasn't terribly cold but our show was in a basketball stadium not the hockey arena which might make the difference. Have you ever been to a hockey game?</p> <p>I dressed her in boots, long pants, sweatshirt and took a blanket in my bag. We never used the blanket but I'm glad I had it. </p> <p>It's a quick and captivating show. I enjoyed it and I'm not the biggest Disney fan!
