As a kid I would sometimes get outdoor toys when it was raining - I would just be excited and check them out and use them the first chance I got. Multiple women suggested going to the mall. I was like, "Really?" And then one mom said to go when the "walkers" go early in the morning.</p> <p>Is this a horrible idea? I am pretty desperate. The main thing that concerns me is that people will think it is annoying/inappropriate. But, since it is raining so badly and she'll be wearing a birthday shirt, maybe the grandmas will understand? </p>
