BUT, we'd traveled with her before so I knew the routine it was just that this time I was alone. We flew from CA to MI with one layover each way. The flight wasn't bad at all. But I was coming home from a vacation, not alone with her an entire vacation. </p> <p>Logistically though, I think flying alone with a baby that age isn't as bad as some think. I'd prefer to fly alone than drive alone because with driving, I'd prefer if LO would have company in the backseat... that's just me. I guess a 1-2 hour drive wouldn't be bad though if you could time it so that she sleeps in the car.
