I had conversations with doctors while pumping and they didn't notice until well into the conversation. Oh well. I was almost never alone in there. Some women used screens, but most of us were ok with being out in the open. Most of us used covers (myself included) but a few let it all hang out there! It was convenient and I used it often, though it wasn't as easy to relax. </p>
