I hate weight comments. My daughter has always been on the other end of things at 95th percentile in height and below 50th for weight. People were always telling me she was too skinny and I needed to feed her more... she ate just fine and was perfectly healthy! I have a friend who very seriously told me she was worried about her eight pound one month old becoming obese because she had chubby cheeks. I'm pretty skinny so a lot of comments were saying they were impressed I could put weight on her since I don't seem to keep on weight. But they lose all that chub once they start walking. The thing is she's not. She's about 89th percentile for height and only 60th for weight. So when I respond wiht those numbers the most common response is . . . 'kids today are just overweight, you can't go by those averages'. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.................................................... </p>
