That's a new one! Pumping while driving might be unsafe but I can understand (and have done it), but BFing while driving!? Insane! </p> <p>I breastfed while DH was driving and DS was in his car seat...exposed breast and leaned over for him to latch on. Extreme measures can for extreme circumstances but I would NEVER unstrap him! The only thing I could ever think would be if I needed to take P to the hospital &amp; I was the only one home &amp; her condition made me uncomfortable to have her out of site &amp; I'd probably call 911 before taking her myself! I understand there are desperate situations, and I once breastfed in a moving car. But we were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic in a parking lot and we were never going more than 3mph and I was in the backseat so airbags weren't a factor. I honestly think if I had seen this I would have followed her and called highway patrol. I'm not ususally one to get involved, but that is so beyond unsafe!!</p> <p>ETA: I mean follow her so I can let highway patrol know where she is, I wouldn't approach her myself. </p>
