They walked from the sale. They called us back again a few days later to say they would like to reconsider but we were already in negoiations with someone else. </p> <p>Then we sold the house to someone else for full asking price! There's a home in our neighborhood that is sitting on the market after the owners agreed on a contract with an option period and the buyer backed out. I have only ever bought brand new and sold during times when the market was super crazy so I wasn't sure what's normal or not when it comes to requests. DH and I just talked and we're saying take it or leave it, we're fine waiting for another buyer at this point. </p>
