I noticed it a couple of months ago. When it falls, it will fall into the street and not our yard but I am still stressed by this.<br /> He is not a social neighbor and we rarely see him. Would you leave him a note and ask if he is aware he has this dead tree, would you try to talk with him in person, or would you not worry about it since it's not going to fall on your house?<br /> I drive by it to take LO to daycare and every time I think this tree can land on any car or person walking by. I want to express concern to him but I am not sure if that would be taken well by him.<br /> TIA </p>
