<description>&#60;p&#62;Being hungry is usually a pretty good sign.  I'd probably wait ~20 minutes after giving him some food to make sure it stays down and then give him a little more.  Stick with BRAT foods for the rest of the day though.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My 2.5 year old is dealing with his first (and our first) stomach bug. He originally threw up Sunday night, nothing on Monday, with BRATY foods all day. We assumed he was better today so we gave him a regular breakfast. He threw it all up shortly thereafter. For lunch we gave him a BRAT lunch again, and he wolfed it down and said he's still hungry. Would you give him more?
