If you are flying, maybe the area you are flying into would have this? I've travelled with a very basic pack and play in my suitcase, in my checked bag. I have a really cute one from target that zips up into a little square and fits in Dd's suitcase. She slept in the closet of our hotel room the last time we traveled which I know sounds weird but I shut the door part way and make a little room for her. I would probably ask for the rollaway bed for the older LO and cosleep with the baby. If you do an airbnb, ask if they can provide a crib. Rooms are fairly tiny and I'm not sure we can fit two phil and ted's traveller cribs in them (nor do I really want to lug two!). What would you do? Take two? take something like the dockatot? build a makeshift crib in a drawer? We never co-slept with DD1, and she's still a pretty wild sleeper so I don't think she'd sleep with us. </p> <p>We're travelling around a bit (trains, flights, tube etc) so something that isn't too cumbersome would be best. </p>
