I could have, but she enjoys that part the most and honestly it was stressing me out at that point because I had to redo the edge like 3 times due to gathering issues. I already knew what I wanted a boys quilt to look like, but wasn't so sure about a girls. Well, of course, we found out we were having a girl. This quilt gave me a lot of trouble for some reason. I did the design and piecing and my awesome mom quilted and bound it for me (and helped me fix it when it was being oddly difficult). And now it is complete!
