Our pedi had us get Lotramin (athletes foot cream) and put it on 4x a day and cover it with a thick diaper cream. We got a prescription cream from the pediatrician when Xander had it. It worked like a charm! It's finally starting to look a LITTLE bit better after I bought some maximum strength Boudreaux Butt Paste, but still looks pretty awful. It is red with raised bumps, mostly in his crack, but there's actually a spot off to the side that is raised with white spots. I'm starting to think this might be a yeast rash. I am going to call the ped today (and have pictures that I can send them if needed), but thought I'd check with my fellow HB mamas. Does this sound like a yeast rash? What should I be using to help clear it up? </p>
