@autumnlove - we don't eat grains, but we eat plenty of protein obviously :)

@knittylady I know what you mean! I usually have something very specific in mind that I want to eat and anything else sounds horrible :) hopefully you are finding some things you can eat!

I feel hungry a lot but when it comes time to eat I lose like 80 % of my appetite! Ugh.

I am about 6 weeks pregnant.

I slept for nine hours Friday night. My husband and I went to the farmers' market and then planned to spend the afternoon hiking and picking pumpkins at a local farm.

I was already exhausted before we even left to go hiking and I had to eat my hiking snack on the way there. I made it through the hike and we ate lunch and then picked pumpkins and all I wanted to do was eat and go back to bed. I was starving and had to eat something even though we were going to my Mom's for dinner in just a couple of hours.

We stopped on the way home and ate burgers (without the bun) topped with peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. I took a 30 minute nap and whined through my whole shower that I just wanted to go back to bed.

I was starving when we got to my Mom's and still ate a full meal at her house.

I have never been so hungry and exhausted in my whole life! I think I am finally understanding what people meant when they talked about how tired they were all the time in the first trimester. Somehow, I need to find the energy to go for a run today, too.
