The yoga teacher was ill and didn't come back for the rest of the school year, but they continued by playing Cosmic Yoga on YouTube. It involves stretching and downward dog and cobra and twirling in a circle and other toddler led randomness. We're working on standing in one foot. I didn't teach it to her so she obviously learned it there! They have a "yoga lady" that comes in sometimes, and one of the moms in my LO's class is a yoga instructor so she also comes in sometimes, or they just have the teachers lead. </p> <p>I think it's awesome for working their little bodies as well as their focus and concentration skills.
