She loves to do them with me. They are each about 10 minutes long and each have a theme. For example, her favorite was the rain forest one. You would sit on your knees and bounce like you were on a tractor, stretch a leg out like a bird, stand on one leg in tree pose and then they have a "joint" activity usually where you face each other and hold hands. </p> <p>Anyone have any actual yoga videos for toddlers or kids you would recommend? Amazon has a bunch but I'm not sure if any are good. </p>
