I would keep it if it makes it difficult for me to call and return it. I hate to say it, it's not my fault that they made a mistake. Like I said, unless they provide a prepaid return label for pick up (may not have mentioned the pick up part earlier) I am not about to lug my two kids (toddler and infant) to the post office to return it. I do like the part of karma coming back for doing good things in the past. ;) Normally, I'm really honest about things though. And maybe give one away, since they're the same. I order practically everything online, and have had this happen a bunch of times. I called the first few times it happened with companies, but they all told me to keep it, and that it wasn't worth it to them for me to return it. I just think of them as gifts for being such a good customer, now. This doesn't apply to etsy sellers, though. Just larger companies like PacSun. I contacted the police lost and found, posted on Craigslist, and contacted Victoria's Secret to get a pickup for return. The UPS guy never came and no one contacted me and after 2 months I just opened the package and kept all the stuff.
