&#60;p&#62;1 has always worked for me. I did it all month long and lost 15lbs. Honestly, I felt like it did the trick even when it became &#34;easy&#34;. I will admit that when level 1 got easy, i'd follow my workout up with a 15 min jog though. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Everytime I've done 2 &#38;amp;3, i've felt like a totaly moron with no stamina hehe.
