<description>&#60;p&#62;@autumnlove I don't think I could do 4am! I get up at 5 for spin class two days a week during the school year. That may change this year since they have opened a YMCA in my town so I'll have the option of going to classes in the evening. I do like working out before work but have to do it in a class setting where someone else tells me what to do. I'm not really a morning person!
