@gingerbebe: I made a version of the teriyaki salmon and broccoli bowl tonight! (I used soba noodles for DS and tofu/low carb noodles for me) I was worried the ginger was "too spicy" when I tried the sauce, but surprisingly DS ate it without complain! I am so happy :) You made my day/month/life lol.

Now I only wish it had calories information hahaha. ETA: Oh wait, it does! Oh gosh this is just amazing :)

@gingerbebe: Thank you!!! All those look soooo good. After DS went to bed I was standing there in the kitchen for half an hour just browsing all of them.

@Charm54: Thanks for the recipe! Yum!!

@Bibliolove: Ahhh. It looks so good but DS won't drink soup or doesn't like any sort of spicy food. :( The other day I made a fish + vegetable soup/stew and asked if he wanted some. He didn't, of course. Then I had to drink that for 2.5 meals in a row because guess what, I am the only one eating it (DH is out of town). DS was like, mommy, why are you always drinking soup? Always? Ahh!!! I need a "cook whatever I want" vacation...!

@irene: I remember you like sheet pan meals that are baked - she has a bunch and all her recipes are good that I've tried.

I wouldn't necessarily call it creative, but this was amazing for how easy it was to make. I am a huge soup and chili person though, to stretch meat and bring into work.

Thank you @tofuwad: and @babybean404: !!! @tofuwad: that looks so yummy! I highly suspect my DS would eat it though..... Last night I spent an hour looking at cook books and realized what is the problem.... DS eats a certain formula of things (pasta, or a protein+veggie+carb separately) and that's why I always cook this formula of things. I am so sick of it but whenever I tried to venture out and cook something different (eg. The wrap you showed me, tacos, curry) he wouldn't eat! Grrrr :( I am not complaining, in fact I am thankful because I know a lot of parents have it worse than I do(eg their child won't eat veggies, or meat, at all) but this is like home cooking prison.

I was baking this earlier (egg muffins, which I haven't tried since DS was 1 years old, 3.5 years ago) and again, guess what, he won't eat it. So much for trying new things....

This is really good. I usually use ground turkey and make a double batch and keep the rest for the week for lunches. Instead of Apple cider vinegar I use lime and I add cilantro to the recipe. I also just use whatever vegetables I happen to have on hand. It seems like quite a process but I basically just cook the ground beef, add the sauces, and then add each vegetable as I chop them. It really only takes about a half hour, max.

My nieces are 4 and 2 and love it, but usually eat it out of a bowl.

I really am itching to try making something new (and easy!) that is healthy and low carb/cal/fat if possible. I am sick of all the recipes that I have and know how to make... baked fish, baked chicken, pork tenderloin, hamburgers... (we are not huge carb eaters).

Please do share with me, what is your most creative, fun, healthy, and delicious dish that you make and would love the world to know about it, and that your LO loves? I don't care if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. Please do share (and the links please) ! :)
